The Decatur Landlord Association is constantly striving to upgrade the relationships between the landlord, tenants, and city officials.  Our goal is to provide qualtiy rental properties, whether they be single family homes or apartments.

We are members of the Illinois Rental Property Owners Assocaition, and have a delegate attend the monthly meeting in our to keep abreast of new laws concerning landlord/tneant relationships.  IRPOA is active in all phases of rental properties, and has a representative keeping an eye on all new legislation regard rental properties.
